Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Oh, you heard right. When I first heard the name of these cupcakes I didn't understand how cookie dough inside of cupcakes could be possible. And my friends were rather skeptical too...until they ate them. Basically the trick is having the dough as frozen/cold as possible so it doesn't cook into actual cookie inside of the cupcake. These are soooo tasty; I recommend everyone make them. No special occasion needed. I loosely based mine off of this recipe but because I had company and was in a time crunch decided to just use boxed cake mix. Thus a super simple cake mix, stick frozen cookie dough square inside, and cook.
